Position Summary

To strengthen the Siegen location team, Hoppmann Autowelt is seeking a full-time Roofer (Dachdecker/in) starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting maintenance and repairs on roofs.
• Measuring and sketching roof structures accurately.
• Covering roof and wall surfaces with appropriate materials.
• Sealing roofing and structural areas against moisture.
• Cladding wall surfaces as required.
• Creating transitions and endings on roofing, also fitting roof hooks and rails.
• Setting up, securing, and cleaning construction sites.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed training as a roofer or having qualified as a master roofer.
• Possession of a Class B driving license; a trailer license is a plus.
• Mindset geared toward entrepreneurial thinking, resilience, and adaptability.
• Strong self-discipline to manage time and tasks efficiently.
• Polite and friendly interaction with clients.
• Ability to work cooperatively within a team and maintain a positive outlook.
• Willingness to pursue further professional education.
• Approach work with a focus on finding practical solutions.
