  • Collaborate in identifying automation and AI opportunities to alleviate analyst workloads and accelerate response times.
  • Engage in technical presales through customer discovery sessions, demonstrations, and proof of concept design and execution.
  • Translate customer security architectures and requirements into tailored platform configurations and use cases.
  • Support proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and transition from presales to implementation phases.
  • Assist new customer onboarding, configuration, platform support, and troubleshooting.
  • Own resolution of technical issues, coordinating with engineering on product enhancements as needed.
  • Manage platform upgrades and deployment of new features.
  • Develop implementation guides, integration documentation, and technical knowledge resources.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform the CP AI SOC product roadmap.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Practical experience in SOC, security operations, or cybersecurity engineering.
  • Familiarity with SIEM, EDR/XDR, security orchestration and automation, vulnerability management, identity and access management, and cloud security.
  • Competence in threat detection, incident investigation, security integrations, APIs, and containerized Linux environments.
  • Hands-on with REST APIs, JSON data structures, SQL/PostgreSQL databases.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
  • Experience supporting SaaS cybersecurity platforms, customer implementations, and technical presales including POCs.
  • Preferred knowledge of tools like Microsoft Sentinel/Defender, Palo Alto Cortex, CrowdStrike, Splunk, Elastic, Tenable, Qualys, or Rapid7.
  • Strong interest or experience in AI, large language models, security automation, and agentic AI.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot issues, interpret logs and APIs, and communicate effectively with engineering teams.

Candidate Attributes

  • Well-versed in cybersecurity and SOC operations.
  • Understanding of modern security technologies and their interconnectivity.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for resolving complex technical problems.
  • Self-reliant and proactive in issue resolution without relying solely on escalation.
  • Comfortable direct engagement with customers and delivering technology demonstrations.
