Role Overview
A reputable organisation in Singapore is seeking a Cyber Security Manager specializing in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to oversee and direct the cyber security governance practices. This position requires a proactive professional adept at balancing strategic framework development with practical stakeholder collaboration.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enforce the organisation's cyber security governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
- Lead comprehensive risk assessments and ensure corrective actions are completed effectively to resolve identified vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate the compliance schedule, encompassing both internal audits and external regulatory reviews.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on the organisation's cyber security risk status and GRC performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Collaborate closely with IT, legal, and business departments to integrate security protocols into ongoing projects and change management initiatives.
- Assist in evaluating risks associated with vendors and third-party service providers.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in cyber security governance, risk management, or audit roles.
- Possession of an active Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification is mandatory.
- Familiarity with widely adopted cyber security and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong independent work ethic and capability to prioritize multiple tasks under competing deadlines.
