About the Role

We seek sharp and quick-thinking individuals to join as Claims Investigators focused on verifying the authenticity of insurance claims, detecting fraudulent activities, and ensuring claims adhere to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate insurance claims thoroughly to confirm legitimacy.
• Detect and report any fraudulent or suspicious claim activities.
• Ensure claims processing complies with internal procedures and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and keen observation skills.
• Proficient in conducting professional interviews.
• Competent in report writing and maintaining documentation.
• Familiarity with insurance claims processes and healthcare terminology is a plus.
• Skilled in using MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willingness and ability to travel for on-site investigations when necessary.
• Demonstrated high integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in work.

Performance Expectations

• Complete investigations within set turnaround times.
• Maintain accuracy and detail in investigation reports.
• Successfully identify fraudulent or invalid claims.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and documentation guidelines.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers and stakeholders during investigations.

Compensation

The monthly remuneration for this role ranges between INR 13,000 and 28,000.
