Role Overview
The Customer Support Specialist will be essential in providing excellent service experiences, acting as the initial point of contact for clients across various channels such as phone, chat, and email. The role requires delivering timely, empathetic, and professional assistance, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first contact for customer questions or concerns, responding promptly and professionally via multiple communication channels.
- Exhibit empathy and patience while maintaining a customer-centric approach during interactions.
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems appropriately.
- Gain and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Plenti's products, services, and policies to confidently guide customers.
- Collaborate with peers by exchanging insights and best practices to enhance team performance.
- Provide feedback and customer insights to internal teams to support product and process enhancements.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in customer service roles, particularly in contact centers or financial service industries, is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate complex information.
- A proven commitment to customer satisfaction along with effective problem-solving and conflict management skills.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining thorough attention to detail.
- Familiarity with customer service software, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools.
