Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, confident, and engaging customer service that exemplifies Farm Boy’s dedication to an outstanding fresh shopping experience.
• Greet and assist customers warmly, utilizing Farm Boy Service Standards while enthusiastically sharing product knowledge.
• Handle packaging, stocking, and rotating goods on display counters and shelves to maintain a high-quality appearance and accurate signage.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety of work and storage spaces through routine housekeeping such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, focusing especially on health & safety, food safety, and correct equipment usage.
• Carry out assigned opening and closing functions and support team members as necessary.
• Assist with other periodic tasks to support the team’s overall operations.

Candidate Requirements

• A real passion for delivering attentive and remarkable customer service.
• Experience in retail is advantageous; equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be reviewed.
• Capability to operate independently with a strong emphasis on detail, quality output, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• A team-oriented mindset combined with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable performing in a fast-paced environment involving multiple deadlines, extended standing, heavy lifting, and working in conditions such as coolers, freezers, and outdoors.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is considered an additional plus.
