Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will contribute to the warm and fresh shopping atmosphere Farm Boy is praised for. Your role includes delivering exemplary customer service and ensuring the store department is attractively maintained. Key Responsibilities

• Provide inviting, confident, and personable service reflecting Farm Boy's fresh shopping commitment.
• Greet and assist customers warmly, adhering to Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing enthusiasm and product knowledge.
• Handle packaging, stocking, and rotation of products on counters and shelves, ensuring attractive presentation and clear signage.
• Keep work and storage spaces clean, safe, and organized through routine housekeeping such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Comply strictly with all corporate policies, emphasizing Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment operation.
• Carry out assigned opening and closing tasks and assist team members as required.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support team goals.

Candidate Profile

• Strong enthusiasm for providing vibrant and exceptional customer service.
• Retail experience advantageous; equivalent combinations of education and experience also welcomed.
• Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail, taking pride in quality results and cleanliness.
• A team-player mentality supported by effective communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing a fast-paced, hands-on environment involving standing for long periods, lifting heavy items, and operating in varied conditions including coolers and outdoor settings.
• Availability to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient in English; French language skills are a plus.
