Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional, and passionate support in sales and service.
• Customize rental offers to create memorable customer interactions.
• Handle rental agreements and respond to customer inquiries with an organized and service-oriented approach.
• Inspect and confirm any vehicle damages with customers, secure signatures on necessary documents, and notify the Branch Manager accordingly.
• Support branch operations by assisting with vehicle refuelling and maintaining the branch’s premium image.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries and collections between branches to ensure prompt service.
• Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to uphold the highest quality standards for customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrate a strong sales mindset with enthusiasm for customer support and service.
• Have experience in direct customer contact, preferably in service, tourism, or sales sectors.
• Communicate effectively and articulately in English.
• Maintain flexibility and teamwork spirit, with ability to work shifts that include weekends and holidays.
• Possess a valid driving license and at least one year of driving experience.
