Customer Renewal Manager

About the Role

ICICI Lombard is urgently seeking Customer Renewal Managers to join their payroll team for onsite work at Vashi, Navi Mumbai, conveniently located opposite Vashi Railway Station. This role involves outbound calling to engage and renew insurance policies of existing customers, ensuring retention and meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Renew insurance policies from existing clientele through outbound communication.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly renewal and retention targets.
• Earn unlimited incentives based on performance.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory as per documentation.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with relevant experience.
• Strong command over English communication skills, either excellent or good.
• Preference given to candidates who can join immediately.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary for experienced candidates can reach up to ₹19,000 in-hand with an annual CTC of approximately ₹2.79 lakh.
