Custom Closet Installer

About the Role

Closet Factory is a leading provider of custom storage and organizational solutions, serving customers worldwide for over 22 years. The company specializes in custom closets, home offices, garages, theaters, pantries, bookshelves, and more, offering top-quality products and professional installation services. We seek a skilled Custom Closet Installer to join our team in Jacksonville, FL, to manage and complete installation projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation of custom closets and related cabinetry with a high level of carpentry skill.
• Install additional features including wall beds, lighting projects, office furniture, and countertops.
• Maintain positive interactions with customers to ensure satisfaction and project success.
• Work primarily onsite with a provided vehicle and some tools; own tools are also requested.
• Be available for some Saturday work and maintain a full-time schedule, typically Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in custom closet installation and cabinetry construction.
• Experience as a trim carpenter with proficiency in using basic hand tools.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, adaptable, people-oriented, achievement-driven, innovative, and able to work independently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range of $60,000 to $100,000, with an additional 7% commission for lead installers.

Additional Information

• Vehicles and some tools are provided; however, owning personal tools is requested.
