Job Location and Schedule

This full-time custodian role is based at Corban University in Salem, OR. The work schedule consists of weekday morning shifts; further details will be shared during the interview process.

Job Overview

Working as a Custodian at Sodexo means being a champion of cleanliness and hygiene, delivering high-quality cleaning services with a friendly customer approach to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all users of the facility.

Key Duties

• Provide housekeeping and cleaning services in various client areas such as offices, patient or resident rooms, dormitories, classrooms, schools, public common areas, lavatories, hallways, food service zones, and others as needed.
• Execute a scheduled list of cleaning tasks to maintain a spotless environment across the site.
• Operate vehicles like golf carts when required.
• Attend assigned shifts punctually and maintain consistent presence at work.
• Perform other duties as assigned depending on client needs and business requirements.

Candidate Qualifications

• Preferably team-focused, flexible, reliable, and committed to fostering a healthy and safe workplace.
• No prior experience necessary.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.

Compensation

The hourly pay range is from $16.50 up to $18.50.
