Job Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain public spaces including hallways, lobbies, stairways, and locker rooms.
• Handle delivery and retrieval of rollaway beds, irons, ironing boards, and various guest room items.
• Keep assigned areas tidy by collecting and disposing of trash and debris.
• Manage property cleanup which may include bio-chemical materials.
• Stock linen supplies in closets and load/unload linen carts as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and manage supply care.
• Carry out additional tasks as designated by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement of 18 or 21 depending on property regulations.
• High school diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Preferred minimum of one year experience in cleaning or custodial services.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods during shifts.
• Capability to push, pull, and lift weights up to 100 pounds.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain any necessary certifications or licenses.
