Crosshead Extrusion Setter

Overview

As part of our expansion in the Flexicon product range, we seek an experienced Crosshead Setter to join Unistrut.

Key Responsibilities

• Work under a Team Leader's guidance to perform designated tasks.
• Set up and operate Crosshead Extrusion machines effectively.
• Maintain and clean tools regularly to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect incoming raw materials and outgoing finished goods meticulously.
• Update production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain high standards of 5S organization in the workspace.
• Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives related to the role.
• Adhere to and promote health and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational excellence.

• Demonstrated proficiency in setting and running extrusion corrugation machinery.

Working Hours

The role involves 48 hours per week from Monday to Thursday, between 6am and 6pm.
