Job Summary
The Crew Member position involves hands-on preparation of fresh food daily, with no use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Employees receive comprehensive training to confidently work across various stations such as grill, cashier, preparation, salsa, and expo. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about customer service and learning culinary skills, whether prior experience or not.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food fresh daily by hand according to company standards.
- Operate efficiently and confidently at multiple restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Provide excellent customer service to create a welcoming and friendly environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain restaurant cleanliness and operations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Display a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Have a passion for assisting and serving both customers and team members.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Effective communication in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
