Role Overview

Our training is comprehensive, preparing you to confidently handle various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh food by hand every day following Chipotle’s standards without use of freezers or microwaves.
• Engage customers with friendly, attentive service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Operate and assist at various workstations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant environment.

Requirements

• Have a positive, eager-to-learn attitude with enthusiasm for serving customers and supporting team members.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Effective communication skills in the workplace’s primary language.
