Position Overview
The Creative Producer will be responsible for the ideation, creation, and delivery of engaging digital content tailored for TOD's various digital platforms and marketing outlets. This role plays a pivotal part in producing visually appealing materials, promotional videos, motion graphics, and comprehensive digital campaigns aimed at enhancing brand recognition, boosting audience interaction, and driving subscriber acquisition and loyalty.
Key Duties
- Generate and develop creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns across TOD’s digital channels starting from initial briefing and storyboarding through to final delivery.
- Produce premium promotional videos, advertisements, trailers, teasers, and social media content.
- Create both static and animated assets optimized for digital advertising on diverse devices and platforms.
- Edit videos by applying color correction, sound mixing, adding subtitles, and integrating motion graphics.
- Design platform-specific content for channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, X, and other digital mediums.
- Collaborate closely with teams such as Brand, Product, CRM, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Commercial, and Partnerships to implement integrated campaigns and business projects.
- Liaise with external partners including agencies, production houses, freelancers, and voice-over talents as necessary.
- Provide creative support for brand campaigns, product launches, live sports events, entertainment releases, and subscriber growth initiatives.
- Handle multiple creative projects concurrently ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Ensure compliance of all creative output with TOD branding standards, copyright laws, licensing, and brand governance policies.
- Oversee quality assurance during production and post-production phases, and organize assets within a Digital Asset Management system.
- Refine creative materials by leveraging campaign performance data and audience engagement insights.
- Keep informed on the latest trends in digital content, emerging platforms, AI-driven creative tools, and new production techniques.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Digital Media, Multimedia, Film Production, Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be accepted.
- At least 4 to 6 years of experience in digital creative production, video editing, content development, or multimedia production.
- Preferably experience in OTT, streaming services, media, broadcasting, sports, or entertainment sectors, especially within subscription-based digital products.
- Proven ability to support integrated marketing campaigns spanning paid, owned, and earned media.
- Experience handling digital campaigns across multiple online platforms.
