About the Role

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, part of Lifepoint Health's extensive network, invites dedicated individuals to join as a Courier. This role is essential in supporting healthcare operations through timely and accurate transportation of critical items within the hospital and community.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport and distribute laboratory specimens, x-rays, supplies, meals, mail, and important documents between various locations including clinics and hospital departments.
• Conduct bank runs and errands as required by clinic and hospital operations.
• Perform urgent or STAT deliveries promptly.
• Assist with various housekeeping duties as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations.
• Adhere to established safety protocols, policies, and procedures while demonstrating sensitivity towards confidential information.
• Engage actively in fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Participate in professional development initiatives and fulfill other related duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum educational qualification is a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean, exemplary driving record.
