About the Role
FedEx is seeking enthusiastic Courier Drivers to join our Atherstone Depot team. Whether you have just passed your driving test or already possess experience, we welcome your application. As a courier representing FedEx, you will be the face delivering parcels punctually to customers, operating primarily in a day shift with 45 working hours weekly.
Key Duties
- Collect and deliver parcels and freight to customers efficiently.
- Ensure the security of the vehicle and freight while transporting.
- Perform multi-drop deliveries within your route.
- Conduct procedural and safety checks on your vehicle regularly.
- Conform to health and safety standards and regulations.
Candidate Profile
- Must hold a valid full driving licence (B licence).
- Excellent customer service capabilities.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and flexibly.
- Good knowledge of driving laws and regulations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly wage of £14.70 with additional premiums for working between 7pm-10pm and 10pm-6am shifts.
- 22 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day for each full year worked (January-December) up to 27 days.
