Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional and efficient customer service at the trade counter.
• Manage customer orders, purchase orders, and respond to sales inquiries.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on customer needs.
• Keep up-to-date product knowledge about plumbing, heating, bathroom, and related items (comprehensive training available if needed).
• Monitor stock levels by conducting stock checks and ensuring accurate inventory maintenance.
• Receive and verify deliveries, pick and pack products, and prepare orders for customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse, stock areas, showroom, and counter areas.
• Support deliveries and collections when necessary, assist in stock replenishment, and contribute to the overall daily operations of the branch.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Previous experience working in plumbing or heating supplies, builders’ merchants, or related trade sectors.
• Strong skills in customer service and effective communication.
• Competence in computer usage and order processing systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capability.
• A positive, hardworking mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Prior product knowledge advantageous but not mandatory due to available training.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary ranging from 338,000 to 345,000 annually depending on experience.
• Uncapped commission opportunities.
