Counselor

Job Location and Work Setup

The position is based in Indrapuri, Bhopal, with interviews arranged at MP Nagar, Bhopal. This is an office-based role requiring physical presence at the workplace.

Compensation and Experience

The salary range offered is between ₹15,000 and ₹30,000 per month. Candidates must have at least six months of experience in counseling, sales, business development, education sales, or a similar domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and advise students on various courses, career pathways, and training options available.
• Determine students' needs and suggest appropriate educational programs accordingly.
• Manage inquiries received through multiple channels including phone calls and direct visits.
• Follow up diligently with leads and potential students to encourage enrollment.
• Provide detailed explanations about courses, including benefits, fees, and employment prospects.
• Convert prospective students into enrolled candidates by effectively communicating the value proposition.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture strong relationships with students.
• Meet established counseling and admission targets regularly.
• Keep daily documentation and prepare reports regarding counseling activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure admissions proceed smoothly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• A minimum of six months experience in counseling, sales, business development, education sales, or related areas.
• Strong proficiency in communication and interpersonal interaction.
• Effective persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Focus on student needs with a target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
• Basic familiarity with computer operations.
• Ability to work comfortably in a traditional office environment.
