Corporate Planner

Role Overview

The Security and Intelligence Division (SID) seeks a Corporate Planner to ensure the department remains prepared for the future by developing strategic plans to guide both strategic and operational decisions. This role also focuses on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of SID’s systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to formulate and execute strategic and operational frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee the management of SID’s resources, including budget allocation, manpower establishment, and physical space planning.
• Evaluate performance management systems to support planning and decision-making processes.
• Create and implement effective communication and engagement strategies to disseminate policies and processes to both internal and external stakeholders.

For senior positions, additional responsibilities include:

• Providing technical and strategic leadership to lead a team.
• Designing and implementing workplace processes considering future trends and organizational needs.
• Planning and facilitating professional growth of team members in both general and technical fields.
• Establishing strong relationships and workflows with internal and external parties.
• Mentoring junior team members to help them realize their full potential.
