Role Overview
This role involves managing and analyzing corporate event data related to equity markets and asset classes such as funds. The Corporate Action Team focuses on equity-related corporate events including Cash Dividends, Rights Offering, Spin-Offs, and Meetings. Timely and precise management of such events, combined with delivering key client insights, is critical due to increasing market complexity.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance the corporate actions database by onboardings, ensuring data accuracy and punctuality
- Expand knowledge and understanding of corporate events
- Support client help desk with complex client inquiries
- Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to improve workflows through technological solutions
- Collaborate with clients' engineering and product teams for future enhancements
- Manage extensive and complex data projects related to corporate events
- Take active ownership of assigned responsibilities
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Economics, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in both English and German languages
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Self-driven and entrepreneurial mindset
- Capable of managing tight and competing deadlines
- Prior experience or deep understanding of corporate finance concepts
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environments
- Excellent communication, both written and oral, including presentation capabilities
- While professional experience is not mandatory, candidates must meet educational requirements and demonstrate the core competencies of the role
