Role Overview
The Resale & Leasing Contracts Specialist is responsible for managing contract documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders during property transactions. This role supports resale, leasing, and property management functions by maintaining accuracy and regulatory adherence.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, evaluate, and manage resale contracts and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) while ensuring adherence to UAE laws and company policies.
- Process and handle Tawtheeq applications along with related paperwork.
- Develop and oversee property management agreements and monitor related workflows.
- Coordinate with agents, developers, clients, and government agencies to facilitate timely completion of transactions.
- Review and validate client documentation throughout the transaction process.
- Track transaction schedules, prepare contract addendums, and monitor critical deadlines.
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Listings, Legal, Finance, and Operations to enhance workflow efficiency and resolve challenges.
- Conduct due diligence, maintain organized document control systems, and generate transaction progress reports.
- Act as a key internal point of contact to identify and address process inefficiencies.
- Assist with initiatives aimed at improving document management systems and ensuring data precision through digital tool adoption.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable prior experience within the UAE real estate sector is mandatory.
- Two to three years of professional engagement in contract administration, transaction coordination, real estate operations, or similar roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of real estate contracts, transactional processes, and applicable regulations in the UAE.
- Experience handling MOUs, Tawtheeq procedures, property management agreements, and transaction documentation is essential.
- Strong fluency in both English and Arabic, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- High attention to detail complemented by strong organizational, document management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital document management software is considered advantageous.
Work Location
This position requires physical presence at the workplace in Abu Dhabi.
