Role Responsibilities
- Continuously track and explore Chandigarh's dynamic culinary landscape—from street vendors to high-end dining—and transform these experiences into captivating written material.
- Work closely with the team to design content strategies aimed at increasing audience engagement and follower base.
- Develop and present compelling scripted content consistent with the brand’s theme and audience preferences.
- Participate in food-related events, tastings, and restaurant inaugurations to collect firsthand information for content creation.
- Write scripts for engaging social media reels to attract and sustain audience interest.
- Conduct thorough research to keep abreast of the latest trends in Chandigarh’s food and beverage scene, lifestyle, culture, and entertainment sectors.
- Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the Instagram page’s style and standards.
- Analyze the effectiveness of content initiatives using performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Support the management of the content calendar to ensure punctual content delivery.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in content writing, ideally in lifestyle or hospitality sectors.
- Comfortable appearing on camera, with proven credentials as a presenter, host, or anchor, especially within food and lifestyle domains.
- Strong writing and editing abilities with meticulous attention to grammar and detail.
- Enthusiastic about discovering and sharing Chandigarh’s culinary and cultural highlights. Skilled in content management and social media platforms.
- Understanding of SEO principles and experience using keyword research tools.
