Role Summary

This position involves enhancing and revising various written materials including blogs, global communications, and product-related content to ensure consistent quality and tone before publication.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer editing and rewriting support across multiple content types to uphold quality and maintain consistency.
• Assist in weekly content scheduling and ensure workflow remains organized and timely.
• Monitor and enforce Tone of Voice guidelines throughout written content, flagging discrepancies and aiding updates to these standards.
• Prepare supportive texts for urgent or executive communications with guidance from senior staff, meeting fast turnaround requirements.
• Contribute to special-format projects such as white papers, end-of-year reports, and third-party research documentation.
• Develop content drafts for media collaborations, helping sustain positive partner relations.
• Create and refine global communications and promotional product content.
• Produce polished, long-form writing pieces starting from initial drafts through final copy.
• Rapidly draft, edit, and proofread content with accuracy according to deadlines and briefs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possession of a bachelor's degree or higher in English, Journalism, Media, Communications, or an equivalent area or relevant professional experience.
• Fluency or native proficiency in English combined with exceptional writing, editing, and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience in editorial roles with a focus on refining and rewriting others’ content rather than solely authoring original pieces.
• Familiarity and compliance with Tone of Voice and style frameworks across diverse formats.
• Ability to maintain composure and efficiency under pressure.
• Strong enthusiasm for fields including cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial technology sectors.
• A self-starting and dependable approach capable of independently managing responsibilities from initiation to completion.
• Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and meet stringent, sometimes on-the-day deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills suited to collaborating within a distributed, primarily asynchronous team environment.
