Overview of the Role
In the position of Content & Curriculum Lead, you will craft and oversee the language used throughout the Jiveesha ecosystem. This encompasses composing screening scripts used by teachers, developing training curricula for frontline workers such as anganwadi staff, and preparing informative yet reassuring content for parents across several Indian languages. Collaboration with translation partners who appreciate linguistic nuances is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update screening scripts in partnership with the clinical team.
- Create comprehensive training programs tailored for teachers and anganwadi workers.
- Manage and curate the parent-targeted content repository in multiple languages.
- Coordinate with regional translation and localization partners to ensure content accuracy and cultural relevancy.
- Maintain the principle of dignity in all communications, ensuring messages convey support without implying deficiency.
- Conduct field testing of content and refine materials based on feedback and observations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience or background in instructional design, health communication, or editorial leadership.
- Cultural and linguistic sensitivity to multiple Indian languages, with proficiency or familiarity in Odia, Hindi, or Telugu being advantageous.
- Proven ability to write effectively for audiences with low literacy levels.
- A commitment to clear communication as a form of respect and empathy.
