Role Overview

The Concierge Supervisor plays a pivotal role in the Front Services team at Rosewood Red Sea, overseeing Concierge operations to ensure guests receive exceptional assistance throughout their stay. This position involves close collaboration with departments such as Front Office, Butler Services, Transportation, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and external service partners to deliver flawless, memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the daily Concierge desk operations to guarantee outstanding guest service at all times.
• Assist guests with transportation arrangements, dining bookings, destination advice, activities planning, and any special needs.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with local vendors and service providers to elevate guest experiences.
• Accurately handle guest information, itineraries, reservations, and follow-ups.
• Facilitate training and professional growth of Concierge staff to uphold luxury service standards.
• Actively seek opportunities to craft personalized and unforgettable guest experiences.

Candidate Profile

• A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and fostering meaningful connections.
• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office roles.
• Strong knowledge of local destinations with an enthusiasm for tailoring recommendations to individual guest preferences.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with guests, team members, and external partners.
• Leadership qualities including leading by example, inspiring teamwork, and maintaining composure under pressure.
