About the Role
Sethi Enterprises is seeking a dedicated Computer Operator to join the E-Commerce and Operations department on a full-time basis. The role entails managing data entry tasks, maintaining Excel records, updating order statuses, and handling product listings on e-commerce platforms efficiently and accurately.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and manage records using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain and update tracking reports and records on a monthly basis.
- Monitor and track orders, shipments, deliveries, returns, and other related e-commerce data.
- Generate and uphold daily and monthly Excel reports to support operational transparency.
- Create, update, and oversee product listings on e-commerce sites including entering details like product name, SKU, part number, price, quantity, specifications, and descriptions.
- Verify the accuracy of product and order-related data consistently.
- Keep inventory and product information current as needed.
- Collaborate with team members regarding orders, listings, inventory, and tracking data.
- Carry out additional computer and data entry tasks as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Good typing speed coupled with high accuracy.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Word and general computer operation.
- Ability to handle and manage large volumes of data with meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and product listings.
- Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop will be considered an advantage.
- Previous work experience in e-commerce data entry or product listing roles is preferred.
- Basic skills in image editing, including resizing, cropping, background removal, and related product-image adjustments.
Candidate Profile
The position is open to both freshers and experienced applicants. Candidates should demonstrate responsibility, diligence, and eagerness to learn. Comfort and proficiency with Excel and repetitive data management tasks are important. Preference will be given to candidates with prior e-commerce experience.
Compensation
The offered salary range is from 15,000 to 20,000 INR per month.
