Role Overview
The Computer Operator will be responsible for accurately updating and managing Aadhaar-related information, including personal details and biometric data. This role involves interacting with applicants, verifying supporting documents, and ensuring strict adherence to data privacy and UIDAI standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Update Aadhaar records such as name, address, date of birth, mobile number, and biometric details with precision.
- Accurately capture and handle demographic and biometric data of applicants.
- Examine and verify all submitted supporting documents for completeness and authenticity.
- Maintain full compliance with UIDAI guidelines and uphold data privacy regulations.
- Keep accurate records and generate receipts for enrollment and updates.
- Provide assistance and guidance to citizens regarding Aadhaar-related questions and procedures.
