Role Overview
This full-time position based on-site in Riyadh involves programming Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines primarily for milling and machining operations. The CNC Programmer is responsible for developing, adjusting, and refining CNC programs to guarantee productive and precise manufacturing.
Daily tasks include analyzing technical blueprints, choosing suitable tools and cutting settings, configuring and testing CNC programs, and diagnosing and resolving production challenges. The role requires strong collaboration with machine operators and engineers to enhance workflows, maintain quality, and comply with safety standards.
The position also involves documenting process flows and contributing to continuous improvement efforts within the workshop.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in CNC Programming, specifically for milling and machining processes.
- Capability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documents accurately.
- Practical experience operating CNC machinery for machining and milling activities.
- Familiarity with pertinent CAD/CAM software and CNC control systems such as Fanuc, Siemens, or comparable interfaces.
- Meticulous attention to detail combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Dedication to quality standards and adherence to safety protocols.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills within a workshop environment.
- Prior experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication sectors is advantageous.
- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related disciplines is preferred.
