Compliance Verification Engineering Lead

Overview

Akkar seeks a seasoned Compliance Verification Engineering Lead (CVE-L) to establish and direct its Compliance Verification function. This pivotal role involves creating governance structures, processes, and signatory frameworks critical for certification, while actively contributing as a Compliance Verification Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and advance the company's Compliance Verification department.
• Define governance policies, signatory authorities, and delegation protocols.
• Develop and uphold the Compliance Verification framework.
• Serve as a Compliance Verification Engineer and authorized signatory.
• Provide leadership to the broader Compliance Verification Engineering team.
• Facilitate certification efforts and coordinate with aviation regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Airworthiness, and Certification teams during aircraft development.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven background as a Compliance Verification Engineer.
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft certification standards and Design Organisation regulations.
• Experience in new aircraft development, certification projects, or major modifications.
• Capability to establish governance, procedural, and technical frameworks.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational competencies.
• Familiarity with eVTOL, electric aircraft, CS-23, Part 21, or related aircraft development programs is desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from AED 35,000 to AED 45,000.
