About the Role

Join Linde New Zealand Ltd in Glenbrook as a Compliance Coordinator to ensure the safety, compliance, and smooth operation of our national transport network. This dynamic position involves a variety of tasks with significant ownership and teamwork in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative duties related to transport, fleet, safety, and compliance throughout the New Zealand distribution network.
  • Monitor and maintain licences, certifications, vehicle compliance, and essential regulatory requirements.
  • Accurately record driver training, competencies, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with incident investigations and safety reporting, including coordinating follow-up actions.
  • Handle management and compliance of Dangerous Goods documentation and support audit activities.
  • Continuously seek improvements in systems, processes, and overall compliance performance.

Candidate Profile

  • Relevant experience in transport, logistics, fleet management, compliance, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of New Zealand transport regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent administrative capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in software such as EROAD, MyOSH, SAP, SharePoint, Power BI, or comparable systems.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive, well-organized with a strong commitment to safety-first principles.
