Role Overview
We seek a reliable Driver to support Comfi's daily operations in Dubai through secure transport of important documents, cheques, and client paperwork throughout the UAE. Serving as the face of Comfi during client interactions, you will uphold professionalism, punctuality, and discretion. This position mandates owning a Light Motor Vehicle (LMV).
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and deliver contracts, cheques, and finance-related paperwork to clients ensuring confidentiality and secure handover.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams directly to schedule pickups and drop-offs.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor representing Comfi positively during client interactions.
- Report any delivery problems or client feedback promptly to relevant internal personnel.
- Keep your LMV in sound working condition with valid registration and insurance.
- Plan daily routes efficiently across Dubai to accomplish multiple deliveries.
- Maintain basic records of trips and fuel consumption for reimbursement processes.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a valid UAE Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license.
- Ownership of a reliable LMV in good condition.
- Experience driving and handling confidential documents/cheques especially in banking, finance sectors, or corporate offices is advantageous.
- Professional and presentable appearance suitable for client-facing roles.
- Strong punctuality, responsibility, and discretion in managing sensitive financial paperwork.
- Basic proficiency in spoken English to coordinate effectively with clients.
