Role Summary
The Community Manager will be engaged full-time to establish, nurture, and support MANIKSTU AGRO PRIVATE LIMITED’s network of farmers, partners, and stakeholders. This position entails moderating online communities, responding promptly to queries, and maintaining clear, constructive communication. Responsibilities also include producing and disseminating updates, educational materials, and announcements, alongside organizing virtual events, training sessions, and feedback activities. The role demands gathering community insights, reporting recurrent issues to relevant internal teams, and working collaboratively across product, marketing, and operational divisions to enhance the community experience. Maintaining an inclusive and positive environment while embodying company values is essential.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships within online communities or forums.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and empathetically.
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms, messaging applications, and tools used in online community management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities to juggle multiple conversations and projects simultaneously.
- Genuine interest in agriculture, livestock, or rural development; experience in agri-tech or related sectors is beneficial.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in remote settings while effectively collaborating with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Social Sciences, Agriculture, Business, or a comparable discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution expertise to handle community issues and escalate when necessary.
