Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive Communications Manager to oversee how Animal Aid Unlimited communicates its mission and stories to the world. This involves managing content across social media, video platforms, our website, newsletters, and fundraising campaigns. The position requires a passion for on-the-ground storytelling with opportunities to engage closely with rescue and recovery stories of animals.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and lead storytelling initiatives that highlight Animal Aid's work.
- Develop and execute strategic communication plans.
- Maintain consistent voice, ethos, and high editorial standards in all communications.
- Supervise communication production and manage related personnel.
- Establish and enforce branding and communication guidelines.
- Create and manage communications in support of fundraising efforts.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Communications.
- Over five years of operational experience in communications roles.
- Proficiency in publishing and formatting content using Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Outstanding written and oral communication abilities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary between Rs. 75,000 and Rs. 110,000, negotiable for exceptional candidates.
