Communications Director

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Communications Director to spearhead strategic communications efforts across internal and external channels. This full-time, on-site role focuses on enhancing brand reputation, managing media relations, and handling crisis communications. The successful candidate will provide leadership in shaping public perception and ensuring communications align closely with the organization's business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive communication strategies that elevate brand image and visibility.
• Direct all media relations activities, including crafting press releases, organizing interviews, and securing thought leadership opportunities.
• Manage internal communications to maintain consistency with company objectives and culture.
• Lead crisis communication efforts and develop strategies to mitigate reputation risks.
• Work alongside executive leadership to refine messaging and engage key stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least a decade of experience in communications, public relations, or corporate communications.
• Demonstrable success in media relations, crisis management, and strategic communication planning.
• Excellent writing and editing capabilities for executive communications, press releases, and stakeholder updates.
• Experience with communications in fast-growing technology or AI-focused companies is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, on-site working environment collaborating with cross-functional teams.
