About the Role
Join Muthoot Finance as a Collections Executive Intern in Bengaluru, where you will gain practical experience supporting the accounts receivable and collections departments. This internship offers the opportunity to enhance your financial acumen and develop professional communication skills through real-world exposure to collections operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the accounts receivable and collections activities under supervision.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer communications and payment statuses.
- Engage with customers to discuss payment plans and manage overdue accounts professionally.
- Utilize MS Office tools and collections software to update data and create various reports.
- Collaborate with the collections team to address payment issues and help refine collection methods.
- Perform tasks such as data entry, statement reconciliation, and document preparation for senior staff review.
- Assist senior collections personnel with additional projects and analytical tasks as needed.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- This is an entry-level internship; no previous experience is necessary.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Demonstrate careful attention to detail along with fundamental mathematics skills.
- Have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Show ability to work effectively within a team setting.

Additional Information
This internship position is located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, and offers a monthly stipend ranging from 14,000 to 16,000 INR.
