Job description
Position Overview
This role offers a permanent night shift schedule, working only 12 nights every 4 weeks (28 days), providing substantial free time and flexibility. Training is available to candidates with some CNC machining experience.
Compensation
The starting hourly wage is £18.59 or £20.29 (inclusive of night shift premium), depending on experience, with additional pay premiums for weekend shifts. There are grade bandings allowing for advancement and progression within the company.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced CNC Machinists with settings and operation skills.
- Familiarity with precision engineering or manufacturing production environments.
- Strong general mechanical knowledge along with a keen eye for quality and detail.
- Flexibility to work a night shift from 6pm to 6am on specific nights.
