Job description

Overview

Based in Shanghai or Singapore, this Client Success Partner (CSP) role supports senior and executive leaders at major technology firms across Southeast Asia and Greater China. The position involves using product management knowledge to demonstrate the value of Gartner's insights and resources across clients' product lifecycles. The CSP acts as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients consistently realize value aligned with their goals, proactively managing engagement plans, and coordinating between Gartner and client teams to deliver smooth, effective support for strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior and C-level stakeholders at technology companies in SEA and Greater China in a client service capacity while identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Apply product management expertise to connect Gartner's services with clients' product lifecycle needs.
  • Understand how clients measure success and strive to exceed those expectations throughout contract duration.
  • Maintain ongoing partnerships by aligning Gartner’s resources with clients’ critical priorities to address urgent needs.
  • Own strategic and forward-looking client engagement plans leveraging Gartner's deliverables and capabilities.
  • Serve as the main contact between Gartner and all client team members to facilitate support of strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal delivery teams to manage complex challenges and maximize client value.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in account management, business analytics, or product management.
  • Experience in remote client interactions and delivering services via phone is preferred.
  • Strong skills in communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively across SEA and Greater China.
  • Consistently demonstrated excellence in previous roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
