About the Role

Join our Client Relationship Management team as an experienced funds professional, supporting clients across various jurisdictions and complex fund structures. This full-time, onsite position is based in our Dublin office and involves close collaboration with our Global Management Companies and the wider asset servicing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts to improve the client experience, guaranteeing consistent and superior service across all interactions.
  • Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients by responding promptly and engaging proactively through scheduled calls, onsite visits, and meetings.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes, advising clients on impacts and facilitating necessary adaptations.
  • Address client concerns swiftly, escalating issues to senior management when needed.
  • Prepare comprehensive and insightful reports blending data and analysis for Management Company and Board presentations.
  • Represent the firm at Fund Board meetings, discussing key activities and escalating critical matters.
  • Resolve recurring service challenges by engaging delegates, identifying gaps, recommending solutions, and fostering improvements constructively.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Onboarding, Risk Monitoring, Sales & Product Development, and Operations to ensure alignment with client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in strategic planning for Client Service Management, introducing initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile and Skills

  • 3 to 7 years of professional experience in the global funds sector.
  • Robust knowledge of regulated fund structures including UK (OEICs, Unit Trusts, Investment Trusts), Ireland (UCITS, AIFs), and Luxembourg (UCITS, AIFs, RAIFs).
  • Proven expertise in client-facing roles or service management handling multiple clients.
  • Ability to lead strategic client interactions, resolve complex issues, and drive excellent service delivery.
  • Strong understanding of fund governance, regulations, and best practices within at least one jurisdiction.
  • Desirable experience in Depositary Services, Fund Accounting & Administration, Investment Management Operations, or Compliance, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Professional qualifications such as IMC, CFA, ACCA, or equivalent, or a relevant university degree.
