Role Summary

The Cleaning Technician (CT) performs custodial duties according to the Performance Work Statement covering a range of locations including Lodging facilities, Fitness Centers, Lounges, and Hospital Aseptic areas. Reporting to the Lead Cleaning Technician, the CT also assumes Facility Manager responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver custodial services compliant with stipulated work statements.
• Maintain company standards through clear communication, exemplary conduct, teamwork, and proper maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Perform custodial tasks ensuring facilities and equipment present a neat, professional appearance.
• Monitor other country nationals per AFCENTI 32-1002 requirements and secure necessary escort badges.
• Carry out diverse cleaning activities such as restroom sanitation, floor and wall cleaning, dusting, waste removal, and linen management as specified.
• Manage assigned facilities as a Facility Manager.
• Provide additional cleaning support during on-call situations as required.
• Ensure environments remain safe, clean, sanitary, and orderly without clutter or debris.
• Follow a comprehensive training program reflecting company and contract requirements.
• Safeguard government and contractor-owned assets and equipment.
• Accurately document time and complete timesheets following company procedures.
• Assist supplemental personnel needs within Installation Service functional areas.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possession of a valid passport.
• Fluency in English: ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend.
• Successfully pass hiring and deployment screenings, including medical, psychological, drug tests, and background checks.
• Complete both online and practical CBRN defense training, including fit testing of DoD-provided protective gear.
• At least one year of general cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of fire prevention, safety, smoking, and security standards.
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Availability to work extended hours as needed to support mission requirements.
• Military contingency environment experience and government contract familiarity are advantageous.

Work Environment

Work encompasses indoor and outdoor settings with exposure to cold, dust, noise, and chemicals. Overtime and shift schedules may apply based on contract demands. Compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and company policies is mandatory. Employees will receive task-specific environmental training and should be prepared for deployment in wartime scenarios supporting U.S. interests. The assignment is 100% overseas.
