Job description
Role Overview
This position entails maintaining excellent cleanliness and hygiene in line with management's directives. You will be responsible for proper use and maintenance of cleaning tools and equipment, fostering positive relationships with clients at contract locations, and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly. Additional reasonable duties may be assigned by management.
Candidate Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom is mandatory.
- Prior experience in cleaning roles is preferred.
- Strong customer service aptitude is essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
