Job Location and Compensation

This permanent full-time role is based at Syngenta, Bracknell, RG42 6EY, offering a pay rate of A312.71 per hour with an average workweek of 35 hours.

Working Hours and Transport

The shift schedule runs Monday through Friday from 06:00 to 13:30. Candidates must have their own transport due to the location's accessibility.

Role Overview

We seek a dependable and diligent Cleaning Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentation across the site to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for employees, visitors, and contractors.

Key Duties

• Clean kitchen areas and staff welfare facilities consistently.
• Maintain washrooms, including replenishing supplies as needed.
• Perform cleaning tasks in laboratory areas adhering to site-specific protocols.
• Vacuum and hoover floors throughout designated zones.
• Sweep and mop floors in assigned areas.
• Dust and wipe down all relevant surfaces.
• Empty rubbish bins and handle waste disposal responsibly.
• Uphold high cleanliness standards throughout the entire site.
• Adhere strictly to all health and safety guidelines during duties.
