Job description
Role Overview
This position involves maintaining safe and clean environments within customer workspaces, playing a vital part in ensuring these areas are conducive to productivity and well-being.
Work Schedule
The working pattern alternates between four days with three nights on duty followed by four days off, then three days with four nights on duty followed by three days off.
Key Duties
- Organizing and tidying workspaces along with cleaning floors and communal areas.
- Performing physically active tasks such as standing for extended periods, vacuuming carpeted sections, sweeping, mopping when necessary, emptying waste bins, and potentially cleaning restrooms.
- In cases where cleaning occurs during day or night in open public areas, regularly interact with customers to help address cleaning-related questions or report any observed issues or incidents.
- Maintaining up-to-date health and safety documentation and participating in any required training sessions.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess legal eligibility to work in the UK.
- Own a smartphone to operate the Timegate Time and Attendance system for recording work times and completing assigned tasks including cleaning logs.
- Prior cleaning experience is beneficial but not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing responsibilities.
