Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Cleaner to join our team at one of our apartment properties. This is a full-time role requiring availability for some weekend shifts. Typically, the schedule involves working four days weekly including every other weekend. This vacancy is an existing opening within our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in common building areas such as lobbies, elevators, stairwells, and windows, as well as amenity spaces including laundry and social rooms through sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Carry out detailed cleaning of unoccupied suites including appliances, walls, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, and balconies.
• Perform exterior maintenance tasks, which may include upkeep of underground garages, parking lots, service areas, foyers, patios, and rooftops, depending on property.
• Ensure grounds are free of loose trash, picking up debris around the property.
• Report significant issues related to appearance, safety, or hazards to the Resident Manager promptly.
• Work a flexible schedule that includes weekends as required.
• Collaborate effectively within a team and follow instructions accurately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

• Between one to two years of related work experience.
• Strong customer service capabilities.
• A friendly and approachable attitude.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items like furniture, garbage bins, and appliances.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
