About the Role

Pinnacle Group Limited is searching for a committed Cleaner to uphold superior cleanliness and hygiene standards within our community residences. Joining the Cleaning Team stationed at a housing project in Selly Oak, Birmingham, you will contribute to our Soft Facilities Management services that cater to homes, educational institutions, and public sector bodies, ensuring safe, welcoming environments with an emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties

• Perform general housekeeping tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal in communal internal and external areas such as lifts, staircases, courtyards, paths, and grassed spaces according to contract guidelines.
• Dispose of discarded waste and items by transferring refuse to designated chambers or waste zones.
• Inspect and replace communal lighting bulbs as needed.
• Conduct litter picking on soft surfaces and window cleaning within reachable areas.

Qualifications and Skills

• Prior professional cleaning experience.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery effectively.
• Good communication skills to engage with residents.

Working Hours

Scheduled work hours are from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with potential for flexible start times.
