Work Schedule and Compensation

• Work hours are either morning shifts Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM plus Friday 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM, or evening shifts Monday to Friday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Starting pay is $33.85 per hour, with additional penalties and superannuation benefits.
• The role begins as casual employment with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the Kemerton Lithium Plant.
• Clean and upkeep office and administration areas, amenities, bathrooms, kitchens, and lunchrooms.
• Perform internal and external glass cleaning alongside sweeping, mopping, and sanitising tasks.
• Adhere to site safety protocols and ensure the environment remains professional and hygienic.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for commuting to the site.
• Physical ability to carry out thorough cleaning duties during the shift.
• Possess a current National Police Clearance.
• Willingness and ability to pass mandatory drug and alcohol testing, including random checks.
• Effective written and spoken English communication skills.
• Dependable, punctual, able to work autonomously with a positive disposition and strong commitment to safety.
• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not required; full training will be provided for suitable candidates.
