Position Overview
As a Guest Environment Expert at The Luxury Collection in Dubai, your role goes beyond standard cleaning duties. You will play an essential part in creating memorable guest experiences by maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the entire hotel. This involves a wide variety of housekeeping tasks such as cleaning guest rooms and public areas, stocking supplies, and responding to guest requests promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain the appearance of rooms and public spaces throughout the hotel.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously.
- Restock housekeeping carts to ensure all supplies are readily available.
- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Uphold quality and confidentiality standards at all times.
- Maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
Candidate Requirements
Successful candidates must be able to spend long periods standing, sitting, or walking, and be willing to take a proactive hands-on approach towards their duties.

This is a full-time, non-management position located in Dubai on Al Emreef Street. The role is onsite and essential to delivering a high standard of guest service consistent with the Marriott International and The Luxury Collection brand values.
