Job Overview
This role involves maintaining excellent cleanliness standards under managerial guidance, keeping client sites in optimal condition, and fostering positive client relationships while addressing any concerns promptly.
Working Pattern
The shift begins at 9am for onsite cleaning duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high cleaning standards as instructed by supervisors.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Build and nurture good rapport with clients at contract locations.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to any client queries or complaints.
- Carry out any other duties reasonably assigned by management.
Essential Qualifications
- Prior experience in manual cleaning tasks is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills essential for client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in English for both reading and speaking.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
