The Role
We are inviting applications for Claims Advisors to join our compassionate and purpose-oriented team in Newcastle. This meaningful role demands empathy, effective problem-solving, and dedication that impact lives daily. Candidates invited to interview must be available for an in-person group interview on 7 October and able to start employment on 9 November 2026.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist workers and employers through the claim process, providing support to ensure the timely access to necessary services for return to work and injury recovery.
- Proactively manage cases to facilitate an optimal early and sustainable return to work with reasonable claim costs.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within stipulated timeframes.
- Handle telephone inquiries following EML's guidelines and communication policies.
- Collaborate with Injury Management Specialists and subject matter experts to gather information and offer expert advice and assistance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case records.
Candidate Profile
- High level of empathy combined with a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent listening and communication skills supported by a solutions-oriented approach.
- Comfortable adapting to change and navigating multi-system work environments, displaying resilience in overcoming challenges.
- Strong attention to detail, with a passion for continuous learning and career growth.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite.
